Strict Quality Inspection Process
Incoming Inspection
All raw materials (leather, hardware, zippers, lining) undergo strict incoming inspection before entering production. Only qualified materials proceed to the next stage.
In-Process Inspection
Quality control inspectors monitor every production stage—cutting, sewing, assembly—to catch defects early and maintain consistency throughout the manufacturing process.
Final Inspection
Every finished product undergoes comprehensive final inspection before packaging and shipment. We ensure 100% compliance with customer specifications and international standards.
